TERMS OF SERVICE

Peachy Paws Boarding LLC

By using Peachy Paws Boarding services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services  
Peachy Paws Boarding provides boarding services including housing, feeding, regular exercise, socialization, and basic care for pets listed in the client intake form. Emergency veterinary care may be provided when necessary at the owner’s expense.

2. Client Responsibilities  
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information about their pet(s)  
• Ensure pets are current on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention  
• Provide sufficient food, medications, and care instructions  
• Disclose any medical conditions or behavioral concerns  

3. Care Standards  
Peachy Paws Boarding will provide a clean, safe environment and exercise reasonable care while following the client’s feeding and care instructions.

4. Health & Admission  
Pets with contagious illnesses may be refused. Peachy Paws Boarding reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a pet poses a safety risk.

5. Aggressive or Unsafe Behavior  
Pets displaying aggressive, dangerous, or disruptive behavior may have services terminated immediately. No refunds will be issued in these cases. Clients agree to arrange prompt pickup if notified.

6. Payments & Fees  
Payment is due prior to drop-off unless otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable for early pickup. Additional charges may apply for extended stays or special services.

7. Emergency Veterinary Care  
If the owner cannot be reached, Peachy Paws Boarding is authorized to seek emergency veterinary care. All related costs are the responsibility of the owner.

8. Liability & Assumption of Risk  
Pet boarding involves inherent risks including illness, injury, escape, or death. Clients assume these risks and agree to hold harmless Peachy Paws Boarding, its owners, and staff except in cases of proven gross negligence. Clients are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet.

9. Personal Items  
Personal items are brought at the owner’s risk. Peachy Paws Boarding is not responsible for loss or damage.

10. Photo & Video Release  
Clients grant permission for photos or videos of their pet(s) to be used for documentation or marketing purposes without compensation.

11. Communication  
Communication regarding a pet’s stay may occur via text or phone. Photo updates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

12. Abandonment  
Pets not picked up within five (5) days of the scheduled pickup date without communication may be considered abandoned under Georgia law. Clients remain financially responsible for all costs incurred. No refunds will be issued.

13. Governing Law  
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

14. Acceptance of Terms  
By booking services with Peachy Paws Boarding, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
